#BookSlutThursday
My first posting for #bookslutthursday , a hashtag that I stumbled upon via my favourite book club admin Nidhi on Instagram
Reading the #IngoChronicles by Helen Dunmore – a book I picked up in a bookstore Srinagar. Almost through and will probably pick remaining 3 of the series too
Dark Days Club – This book was gifted by a friend and came via post from Chennai. Just finished it and damn hooked onto this Phillip Pullman meets Robert Jordan kinda story. Fingers crossed that it’s a series and more are on the way.
Milk & Honey by Rupi Kaur has been on my list to read since ages and I managed to borrow it from a fellow BYOB member. It’s a collection of poetry – a literary style that I haven’t read in a long time
Folktales of Kashmir – picked it up from a local bookstore in Srinagar, their own compilation n publication. I am very fascinated by the local tales of regions of India – excited about this one.
Stationery – postcards from Kashmir to send out to friends, a journal that caught my eye in the bookstore here and a multicolored pen that I had ordered on Amazon. I am such a stationary buff that it’s impossible to walk out of a store without buying some 😊
Join us every Thursday to showcase how slutty you have been in your reading that week!
